GoLite Increases Sales 93%

Boulder, CO, April 2, 2009 – GoLite, renown manufacturer of lightweight equipment and apparel for active outdoor adventures announced a 93% sales increase from Q1 2008 to Q1 2009. Outstanding news taking into account the slowing economy over the last 12 months.
“As a privately owned company, GoLite guards its financial information closely,” said Demetri Coupounas, president. “With so much negative economic news, we thought our results were too good not to share.” The results stem from strong increases in each of GoLite’s three key regions: North & South America, Europe and Asia.
“Outstanding product is certainly the key driver of our success. Over the last two years we’ve made a significant investment in product which is now coming to market. Dealers that have not carried GoLite before are now jumping on-board,” continued Coupounas.
